Introduction
I'm Jade Kwon, a product designer based in New York. I work on products where complexity, risk, and irreversible actions are part of the everyday experience, often requiring users to make decisions without fully understanding the underlying technology.
Across AI, Web3, and automation, I focus on system level product design by shaping constraints, defining states, and clarifying user actions to prevent failure before it happens. My goal is to design products that help people make confident decisions in complex systems, and to turn fragile technology into experiences that feel stable, trustworthy, and worth relying on.
